I had a water pump and serpentine belt replaced by Culpepper on my daughter-in-law's Toyota. When she went to pick it up, the a/c didn't work. I called, and they just denied, denied and denied that they were responsible. But, they didn't even have a mechanic employed who could check it out. I took it to McCarty's, and they found that the compressor was unplugged. After searching for the dangling wire, they simply plugged it in, and the a/c worked fine. No charge. I previously had my truck worked on and was very pleased by the professional way they determined the cause of the problem. Very honest folks and very reasonable in their pricing. They are now my "go to" for any auto repairs. Can't recommend them any more the 10 stars out 5! Thank you.,
